How much do I qualify for?
Clients can qualify for a minimum of $300 to $5000. The loan period can be from one month to twelve months. The client can decide to pay his loan sooner without incurring any additional fees or penalties.

If you can’t adhere to the terms and conditions, don’t take the emergency loan. Clients are expected to fill in an online application where they will state all their personal details. The application is not an approval of your loan; it is actually the first step. Here, we want to know a bit more about our client and his financial and employment details.
Approving your personal loan
The approval can only be granted if all the supporting documents are in line with our terms and conditions as well as our policies and procedures. Should you not meet our criteria and your personal loan application has been declined, we will give you the reasons as to why we had to turn down your application. However, you are welcome to apply at a later stage.
The money will be deposited in your bank account
The money will be making its way to your preferred bank account within a business day or two.

- Have an active bank account

Dispute resolution and complaints procedure
In our constant strives to ensure that we offer a great service with our short term loans, we know we won’t always be perfect. As such, if you have been mistreated and you would like to lay a complaint, there is a process you have to follow.
- How to make a complaint: The first step is ensuring that you make a complaint about the issue that you were mistreated in. the complaint can be made via email, telephone or post. Please see to it that you are clear when you explain to us what has happened. We need to have as much information as possible.
- Recording your complaint: The complaint is then logged in the Complaints Register.
- Notification: We will then notify you of the outcomes and whether or not a complaint has been resolved.
- Investigation: The issue will then be thoroughly investigated after all the findings have been gathered. - We will inform the client of the outcome of the investigation in five days.
